Leominster Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
is a 74-bed nursing home located in Leominster, Massachusetts. We are conveniently located in North Leominster, near the Lunenburg and Fitchburg town lines. We have been serving the Leominster, Fitchburg, Gardner, and Lunenburg towns for over 35 years.
Leominster Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in addition to long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. All patient rooms and common areas are located on the ground floor. We are a small, family-friendly facility and we provide excellent personalized care. We have a very large lawn and a gorgeous courtyard area for our residents to explore.
